AP Testing

Are you planning on taking an AP exam this May for a class you are not enrolled in at King’s? Test ordering has changed this year and we must send in our order to the College Board in just a week. Please contact Mrs. Urie THIS WEEK if you plan on taking any test that you are not enrolled in a course for at King’s this year! If you are enrolled in an AP course at King’s in the Spring term, we will order your test in February. If you have any questions, contact Mrs. Urie at  hurie@kingsschools.org or 206-546-7530.

Scholarships Available

Ever wondered what mock trial is like? Now you can find out! King’s High School Mock Trial program is hosting a fundraiser on October 5th from 6:30-9:30 at the Schirmer Auditorium to raise money for their upcoming competition in New York City. Tickets are $100.  Checks can be made payable to King’s Schools and dropped off in the high school office or mailed to King’s High School c/o Marian Morris MS #95  19351 King’s Garden Drive N.  Shoreline, WA  98133.  Come enjoy an appetizer party and hear from students what mock trial is all about. Senior Family College Night

Please join us on Wednesday, October 2nd in the Learning Commons for an evening that is instrumental in educating parents and students about the final steps in the college application process. We hope to see you there!

Parent Conferences on October 4th

First-term parent/guardian conferences are planned for Friday, October 4th in the Student Lounge and Learning Commons from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Please note we have new hours to better accommodate working parents. Scheduling for conference times will be done on-line beginning at 6:00 am Monday, September 30, and will continue through midnight on Wednesday, October 2nd.

Moms In Prayer

Everyone is invited to join the Moms in Prayer group that meets every Thursday morning in the Martin Center from 8:30 to 9:30 am. Visit the reception desk to be directed on where to find us.
