Parent Council: Staff and Specialists Birthday Gifts
Parent council supports elementary staff and specialists through small birthday gifts.  These teachers and staff do not have a class of their own that would normally provide a birthday gift. We currently have 18 staff and specialists.  If you are interested in donating, please click on the Sign Up Genius link http://www.signupgenius.com/go/10c054caaab23a1fa7-staff to sign up for a $10 donation!  Cash can then be brought to the office and put in the envelope for ‘Teacher Appreciation’.

No SCRIP Next Week
NO Scrip deadline or fill dates next week and no SCRIP TO GO since it is a short week. The next order deadline will be Monday Nov. 14th at 8:15 a.m. and we will also sell SCRIP  TO GO from 8:30 -10:30 a.m.

Office Communication
When you are emailing the office, please be sure to email both Mrs. de Langen at mdelangen@kingsschools.org and Miss Soriano at ksoriano@kingsschools.org.

Any change in student pick-up at the end of the day needs to go through the office. This is the only way to be sure your student gets the message. If you send an email to the teacher, he/she may not be available to respond due to teaching students. Please Call Mrs. de Langen or Miss Soriano at 206-546-7258.

Emails and/or Phone Messages
Our school policy is that emails or phone messages from parents will be returned by the end of the next business day. Messages received on Fridays will be returned on Mondays.

Happy to clarify for you!

  • Students should NEVER be dropped off anywhere on either side of Dayton Ave. N.
