High School Weekly News

Please contact Judy Kelly jkelly@kingsschools.org if you have any questions!

Filmmaking is coming to King’s this spring! Are you excited about writing or telling stories? If so, this class is for you. In this project-based learning environment, students will make short films, mimic scenes, music videos, and more, all culminating in King’s first ever Film Festival. There are a few spots left in the class for students to who would like to take it second term, First Block. Anyone is eligible if they have already taken Flex Block Film class. See you at the movies!

Schedule Changes
As the new term approaches, just a reminder that schedule change requests must be submitted on the “Schedule Change Request” form. Forms are available in the main office or in the counseling offices and they must be signed by a parent or guardian. We are happy to work on requests now through the 4th day of the new term, February 6th!  If you have questions about schedule changes feel free to contact your counselor. Freshmen and Sophomores contact Mrs. Matthias at cmatthias@kingsschools.org; Juniors and Seniors contact Mrs. Urie at hurie@kingsschools.org. Please let us know how we can help you as you look to the new term!
