Spirit Week
Next week is spirit week at the junior high! Students are encouraged to dress up each day (and score points for their teams by doing so.) There are also activities at lunch each day for classes to earn points. The dress up days are as follows:
- Monday – Pajama Day
- Tuesday – Denim Day
- Wednesday – Patterns Day
- Thursday – Super Hero Day
Fundraiser for Vision House
8th grader Benjamin Jantz is organizing a fundraiser on May 19 & 20 for homeless women and children through Vision House (NoHomelessKids.org). This will be an overnight camp out on the Jantz Playfield from 7:00 p.m. on Friday until 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. This event is for fathers and sons, who will sleep outside in solidarity with those who struggle every night to find a safe, dry, warm place to sleep with their kids.
