Attention Parents of Boys Basketball Players
There is a mandatory parent meeting for any parents of a boy who is trying out for basketball this year. The meeting will take place at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 5, in the High School Learning Commons (formerly known as the Library). Please make every effort to attend the meeting to learn more about the program and the tryout process.
Are you struggling in your English, Spanish or History classes? Do you need someone to help you with your college essays? Maybe you need help with reading, writing, or speaking skills? Mrs. Quick is available for individual tutoring this year. This service is for all students, free-of-charge. Her hours are Tuesday and Thursdays from 1:30 – 4:30 p.m. in Room 213.

It’s Not Too Late to Help With Operation Christmas Child
A huge thank you to all the families who packed a shoebox for Operation Christmas Child. Your gift will bring hope and joy to a child in need. Together, we collected 633 shoeboxes! Thank you also for your generous cash donations totaling over $4,600! If you weren’t able to pack a box, it’s not too late to help out. We have a gap between the number of boxes packed and the shipping costs collected. It will take an additional $1,000 to cover the shipping costs. If anyone would like to make a donation, please bring your money to Mrs. Archer next week. Checks can be made payable to Samaritan’s Purse. Thank you again for your support of this great cause! It is exciting to imagine how God will use these shoeboxes to transform the lives of children around the world.
