Homecoming – “A Melodic Knight”
Tonight is our annual Homecoming Celebration, a chance to celebrate our amazing community. Our basketball teams will be playing Sultan with the junior varsity boys and varsity girls at 5:00 and the junior varsity girls* and the varsity boys at 6:45. The boys varsity game will be followed by our Homecoming program, A Melodic Knight. Immediately after the Homecoming program, there will be a free, casual, non-date dance in Schirmer Auditorium for our students. *This is a time change for the JV girls game.

Parents of Juniors
Save the date for our Junior College Seminar Night on January 18th at 7:00 p.m. in the Learning Commons. This evening is extremely important for junior students and their families to attend. Mrs. Lewis will be sharing about what to expect in the college process from here on out. We will also be joined by a test prep expert from Kaplan who will help interpret the PSAT scores as they will be returned that night.

Service Hour Opportunity
The Booster Club is looking for students to help at the concession stand for home basketball games. Two students are needed for each game from 4:45 – 8:15 p.m. Please stop by Mrs. White’s office to sign up.

Want to Play Baseball this Spring?
Right after Christmas break, on Thursday, January 4th, there will be a mandatory lunch meeting in room 216 for all boys who would like to play baseball this spring. Lunch will be provided for all interested players! All players interested in baseball MUST attend this meeting and sign in with their contact information.

Freshmen Parents – Save the Date
Please mark your calendars for our upcoming parent social on Friday, January 19th. This is an opportunity to match faces with names, make new friends from King’s, and enjoy a few hours with other parents all while eating delicious appetizers!
