Preschool Weekly News | Jan 5

King’s Preschool: Please contact Principal Jessica Scanzon at jscanzon@kingsschools.org if you have any questions.

We hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and a very happy New Year.  We are already back in full swing this week.  We have all enjoyed getting back into the classrooms.  All classes have started specialty classes again this week.  Our Pre-K classes were able to enjoy their music class with Mrs. Hairston over at the Elementary as well.  We have also switched over to one chapel for the remainder of the year!  All of the classrooms joined together on Wednesday and it was so delightful having each and every classroom worshipping together.  We look forward to all that January has in store for us!

As we start the New Year we wanted to send out some very important reminders:

  • We will be starting re-enrollment on January 24th. This is a time to solidify your enrollment for your child/ren for the upcoming school year at King’s Preschool before new families can be registered. If your child is transitioning to Kindergarten you will also re-enroll, as you are already a member of the King’s Schools family.
  • We will send out more information as we get closer, however, enrollment for summer will be on a separate sheet attached to the re-enrollment form. Tuition will be adjusted for our 7 week summer program.
  • King’s Elementary will be hosting a Kindergarten Coffee on Thursday, January 25th at 8:30 a.m. in the Elementary Library. This event is for King’s Preschool Prekindergarten Families Only.

Closed for MLK Jr. Day – Monday, January 15th, 2018

Re-Enrollment Opens – Wednesday, January 24th, 2018

Wear Blue Day – Wednesday, January 31st, 2018
