Attendance Appeals
If you have received notification that your student has exceeded the number of allowable absences and you wish to appeal those absences, “Attendance Appeal” forms are available from Mrs. Kelly. The deadline to appeal absences for this semester is Friday, February 9th. Appeals received after the deadline will not be considered.

The KHS National Honor Society is sponsoring their annual blood drive on Wednesday, February 14th from 8:00 a.m. until 1:45 p.m. The Bloodmobile will be on the Ave by the clock. Winter Ball
Winter Ball, A Knight in the Garden, is planned for Saturday, February 3rd at Lord Hill Farms in Snohomish. Winter Ball is a semi-formal dance for couples or groups of friends. The dance will begin at 7:00 and end at10:00 p.m. at Lord Hill Farms in Snohomish. We can’t wait for this exciting event!

Principal’s Coffee
Do you have questions about what is happening at Kings High School? Individual Tutoring
Are you struggling in your English, Spanish or History classes? Do you need someone to help you with your college essays? Maybe you need help with reading, writing, or speaking skills? Mrs. Quick is available for individual tutoring this year. This service is for all students, free-of-charge. Her hours are Tuesday and Thursdays from 1:30 – 4:30 p.m. in Room 213.
Booster Club Looking for Treasurer
If you are interested in supporting the Booster Club and our student athletes, we would love to hear from you! The Booster Club is a parent-run group organized to support the junior high and senior high coaches, their programs, and our athletes with funding that goes beyond the school budget and the coaches’ salaries. Our mission is to work behind the scenes providing support to the King’s athletic program. The commitment for the position of Treasurer is a monthly board meeting, held on Mondays at 7:00 p.m. (August through June), reviews with the King’s Schools accountant, as well as handling incoming and outgoing expenses.
