Classroom Updates
We hope you all had a wonderful Spring Break last week.  We have jumped right back into our regular routine here at the preschool.  This month, our classrooms are focusing on spring and animals.  Many classrooms are recreating animal habitats or pretending to be different animals themselves.  Classrooms are also focusing on their letters and numbers as well, integrating their lessons along with our thematic unit.

Specialty Classes

Mrs. Gopen spoke about temptation.  Our students heard the story about Daniel and his three friends choosing to obey God.

Mrs. Henderson’s class is learning more about safety.  The first unit will be focused on car safety.

Mrs. Estes has been teaching the days of the week.  To help re-enforce those words she told the story of The Very Hungry Caterpillar.  A fun game was also played!

Mrs. Helleren did a daring project with our students this week.  They began a paper mache project!  Mrs. Helleren is also talking about recycling and how important it is to re-use products to help our Earth.
