Classroom Updates
Our classrooms chose their own themes for this month.  They range from Universe and Space to Poetry.  All of the students are embracing these different themes in each classroom.  Many of our classes are coming to a close in their letter learning and will soon be reviewing all the letters they have learned this year.  We are excited about all the learning yet to come for the rest of the year.

Specialty Classes

Mrs. Gopen spoke about encouragement this week.  They even practiced how they could encourage one another in class.

Mrs. Henderson’s class talked about what to do if you’re lost.  They also spoke about safe and unsafe touch.  The students practiced using their strong voice in asking for helping and saying no.

Mrs. Estes’ class learned words to express their feelings.

Mrs. Helleren’s class has started talking about white space.  They are starting to create a fun portrait using all the new techniques they have learned.
