The Marketplace has been always been an exciting tradition for fourth grade students at King’s Elementary.
Learning valuable life skills in economics, King’s elementary students experience project-based learning at its finest! Students learn what it’s like to own a small business by deciding on a product to create, estimating how many they can sell and then determining a price for their product based on the item cost.
This year’s Marketplace has taken place on two different days, December 7th and December 14th and the booths include Italian sodas, cotton candy, sticker decals, sweet treats, Christmas decorations, mystery bags and lots of stocking stuffers!
Students and family members within King’s Schools are welcome to shop at the Marketplace one last time Friday, December 14th from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. All proceeds will go to King’s Elementary mission projects.
