Memorial Day is a day we as the country come together to honor and remember the men and women who answered America’s call to serve in the US Military and paid the ultimate price.  Thank you to all who served!

Neighbor Lends a Hand!

Monday I was blessed by a neighborhood mother and her daughter who spent the morning picking up trash out front on the elementary campus.  With gloves and sanitizer, they gathered 2 bags full!  What a special gift from a neighbor who loves King’s and is teaching her daughter service in action.

Library Books

Are you wondering what to do with all the library books cluttering your house?  We have a solution for you!  Starting on Wednesday, May 20, there will be a cart in the North carpool lot.  If you are out and about, please stop by and drop them off on the cart.  The cart will be available every Wednesday until June 10 from 10:00am – 2:00pm.

Class Lists

Class lists are confidential.  Please do not put teachers in an awkward position by requesting the “inside track” on your child’s placement.  This is unfair and unacceptable at King’s Elementary School.  We appreciate your support on this issue.  Thank you!
