 October is coming!

Stay tuned to a fun, activity filled month!

From Your Parent Council
Parent Council likes to kick-off the year with a big THANK YOU to our teachers & staff for all their dedication, flexibility, and positivity! We have upgraded our traditional Staff Appreciation Luncheon to a first-class week of around-the-world indulgences! It’s PLANE to see that they deserve it!   Attached you will also find a blank luggage tag if your child wants to write their teacher a thank you. You can cut it out, put it in an envelope marked “Parent Council” and we will incorporate it into our decorations. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions.

We need your help to make them feel loved! If you feel inclined to contribute food, decor, or volunteer your time the week of October 5-9, you can sign up at the link below:

Kindergarten Carpool
Thank you for your cooperation in providing a safe environment for drop-off and pick-up.  We appreciate your patience.

Grades 1-6 Carpool
Do you want to avoid waiting so LONG in carpool?  You can solve that problem by coming later and joining the 2nd wave of cars.  Yesterday all of carpool was done by 2:50pm – that’s 30 minutes from beginning (2:20pm-2:50pm) to the last car exiting!  If you are waiting an hour before carpool/dismissal even begins, you have arrived on campus too early!

Student Appointments or Early Dismissals
Be sure to call the office when you are in the parking lot.  Remain in your car.  We will walk your child to you.

Medication at School
During the course of the school year, your child may need to take medication at school. A “Permission to Administer Medication Form” must be completed with a physician and parent signature. All medications, OVER-THE-COUNTER and PRESCRIPTION, require a completed form and must be in their original containers. Prescription medications, including inhalers must have a prescription label. Please label OVER-THE-COUNTER medications with your student’s first and last name. Forms are available in school office or on Parents Web.
